I just returned from hiking with Gina at Pogonip. We had a lovely time. Dusk was settling, the deer were out, the setting sun cast a hazy light over the hills and Santa Cruz looked like an idyllic fishing village with a roller coaster and a big church. The meadows were fresh with spring green and the air smelled of eucalyptus.
I had a great time this morning with Maddy... I saw her beautiful studio and I taught her how to knit. Excellent girl-bonding.
