Its been a strange evening... spending too much time checking e-mail, chatting. Fortunately I spent some quality time in the real world with my friend Liesa in Aptos. I got to show her (the little five-year-old inside me was jumping up and down) a stack of recent drawings and catch up on her life.
It was a beautiful day today... and so lovely and cool on the coast (as opposed to scorching hot inland).
I feel so alone today. The housemates are in their private worlds, the phone hasn't rung. Now I wonder how I haven't felt alone before.
Nevermind... Heather just came in to say hi. I feel better now.
