I found myself on Friday teaching a mandatory comics lesson. The kids had to illustrate a "Hero Ally" stopping a bully incident. They had to conceive and execute it all in under an hour. I wanted them to do it digitally, so I showed them how to be really lazy comic artists, by using the cut-and-paste function. Did they do it? Nope. But their comics turned out much prettier than mine. I'll try posting some as soon as they are done. Speaking of lazy artists, I really wanted to show them Dinosaur Comics, but alas, I realized T-Rex is hardly middle school appropriate.
