Happiness is what happiness does.
I just got off the phone with the Paterfamilias. We made some plans to go to the Doll Museum for Father's Day. I asked him if he was sure he wanted to do that. He said it would make my mom happy. Then he told me a story about a conversation he had with La Tia Loca, after he told her what the FD plans were.
P: God gives you happiness when you strive to bring happiness to others.
LTL: But there isn't any one who makes me happy.
