Last night Dutch and I were invited to watch a friend's rock band play down at the Knock-Out Room, in the outer Mission. All of our "the croissants here suck, I miss France" blues were blasted away after a hot Peruvian meal and an evening of rock. yay, America!

you can't find a good Mission style burrito in France though.
But you can find delicious croissants in Cambodia!
yes, indeed. it was eating those cambo croissants that was a croissant-epiphany. when I ate my first french croissant, I thought, this is just as good as a croissant from the Blue Pumpkin.
