I had my 8 month check up at the clinic.  The nurse noticed my blood pressure was elevated.  My doctor enrolled me in the Hypertensive Mothers Club.

Morning

I attended the HMC initiation the following day.  They hooked me up to fetal monitors, and checked my amniotic fluid (which was really low).  The Sea Monkey seemed to be peachy.  I got my very own blood pressure cuff, protein urine swipe sticks and a number of other fun prizes (including that huge urine- catching container) and best of all-- a secret phone number that takes you directly to your very own advice nurse (eat your hearts out).  I also had to get lots of blood tests.
