February is going to be a transitional month, here at 327. The H*ster is moving on to bigger and better things. And while we will miss her fabuolous cleaning skills and decor very much, the time has arrived to start looking for new housemates. Fabulous light-filled room with bathroom available for move-in on March 1. It has hardwood floors and two roomy closets. The house is shared by two other women. We believe that community and communication are vital to any shared living situation. We enjoy throwing parties, taking trips, going out and spending time together as a house. We are looking for another professional woman to share our lives with. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Santa Cruz. We have plentiful on and off street parking, an on-site washer and dryer, a front and back yard, attic storage, full kitchen/ dining area, a living room with a baby grand piano and a cozy fire-place, a garden in the back (last year we harvested greens and tomatoes), and a shared bonus room.
