since you asked...

Reddin' Burgers

into the meat add

lots of soy sauce

a genereous dollop of honey

oregano, basil and another italian herb which is escaping memory.

(ginger is good.. we didn't have it on Sat, though)

grind them in between your palms before dumping on the meat.

knead thoroughly

you know the rest... grill, whatever. Medium rare is best

to garnish-- add slices of sage darby (another delicacy we didn't have on Sat)
