RIGHT HERE!
I listened to it with a mixture of horror and amusement. Ed walked up to my booth and I had no idea who he was, and for a while I had a difficult time taking the whole thing very seriously. My voice was thrashed, too. It seemed like he was the hundredth person I talked to and I was feeling manic and crazy. I hardly recognized my voice, either. Plus I was coping some weird valley accent (did I think it was cute? or just trying to work with my voice that was barely there? I don't want to recall). That bit about the food allergies was completely made up. I wrote about food allergies in a tiny book 5 years ago that I never published, but not in the Sub Files.
