Quinoa and spinach

I was feeling better today so I cooked quinoa and spinach.  I didn't season anything.  Just simmered the oyster mushrooms in butter and tossed in the spinach at the end.  The quinoa I just cooked in water.  Nothing has tasted so good.  Each ingredient had a distinct flavor, and they all harmonized well.  I thought that all those good B vitamins, iron and fresh greens would make me feel better.

I was wrong.  But I am okay now.

How is it I can devour those nasty Government Issue student lunches and nary a burp but am laid flat by innocent, fresh, organic, homeprepared quinoa and spinach?

I am blaming the Sea Monkey.
